McDonald's (Sun Chui Estate) — Restaurant in Sha Tin District

Disappointed that I ordered a set meal but the front staff makes too many mistakes with each item. Finally, I got the takeaway bag, but there was the wrong burger inside.

It was not the only thing makes me feel unsatisfied. When I requested a refund for the wrong meal, the manager Peter Chu treat me with some ridiculous answers and did not want to take responsibility of his subordinates, he just wanted to quickly get rid of a client. He did not mark down any details about my case and not intended to listen and follow up. Also, he just wanted to give me another burger to me but did not accept my refund request. He was impolite and not saying sorry or feel apologize.
