วัดกังหัน : ขอพร ตำแหน่ง หน้าที่ การงาน และกิจการ

หันหน้าออกนอกวัด กล่าวแจ้งฟ้าดิน โดยบอกชื่อ - นามสกุล วันเดือนปีเกิด ที่อยู่และวัตถุประสงค์ที่มาทำบุญวัดนี้ ไหว้ 3 ครั้ง แล้วหันกลับมาด้านในวัดไหว้ 3 ครั้ง

เจ้าหน้าที่นำไหว้จะช่วยกล่าวนำอธิษฐานเป็นภาษากวางตุ้งเมื่อจบประโยคอธิษฐานเจ้าหน้าที่จะกล่าวประโยคปิดท้ายว่า "เฮงๆ รวย ๆ" สาธุ สาธุ สาธุ ให้พูดตามตัวยเสียงดังฟังขัด จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่จะให้ปักธูป

“ข้าพเจ้าชื่อ – นามสกุล ที่อยู่มีความประสงค์จะมาขอพรท่านแชกงในสถานที่แห่งนี้ขอให้เจ้าที่จงเมตตาและอนุญาตให้ข้าพเจ้าได้ขอพรต่อท่านแชกงสำเร็จตามที่ตั้งใจไว้”จากนั้นปักธูปลงบนกระถางเจ้าที่ 3 ดอก

วิธีขอพรองค์แชกงหมิว ยืนตรงหน้าองค์แชกงตั้งจิตอธิฐานอย่างตั้งใจ มีสมาธิมองที่หน้าท่านแล้วอธิฐานต่อท่านตามที่ได้เขียนไว้ในใบฮู้สีแดงพูดให้กระชับ เมื่อสมหวังแล้วหากมีโอกาสก็กลับมาไหว้ขอบคุณท่านอีกครั้ง หลังจากไหว้เสร็จแล้วให้นำกระดาษเงินกระดาษทองไปไว้ในจุดที่เจ้าหน้าที่วัดจัดไว้เพื่อให้ทางวัดนำไปทำพิธีต่อ

จากนั้นให้ตั้งจิตอธิฐานแล้วใช้มือหมุนที่กังหัน 3 ครั้งในวิหาร รับพลัง และปัดเป่าสิ่งไม่ดี หากชีวิตในปีที่ผ่านมา“ไม่ดี” ให้ใช้ “นิ้วชี้มือซ้าย”หมุนกังหันจาก “ซ้ายไปขวาหรือตามเข็มนาฬิกา” แต่หากชีวิตในปีที่ผ่านมา“ดี” อยู่แล้วให้หมุนกังหันกลับจาก “ขวาไปซ้ายหรือทวนเข็มนาฬิกา”

และตีกลอง 3 ครั้งเพื่อเป็นสัญญาณบอกกล่าวเทวดาทุกชั้นฟ้าให้พรนั้นสัมฤทธิผล เสร็จขั้นตอนนี้แล้วเป็นอันเสร็จพิธี สามารถถวายผลไม้ 5 ชนิด (ตามสะดวก)

กังหันมี 4 ใบ มีความหมายว่า : O ใบที่ 1 : เดินทางปลอดภัย O ใบที่ 2 : สุขภาพแข็งแรงอายุยืนยาว O ใบที่ 3 : เงินทองไหลมาเทมา O ใบที่ 4 : สมหวังทุกประการ

การบูชาเครื่องรางของท่านแชกง สามารถนำมาทำพิธีเพื่อขอพรเพิ่มพลังได้ โดยนำเครื่องรางนั้นมาวนรอบด้านบนของกระถางธูป3 รอบ ตามเข็มนาฬิกาแล้วหยิบผงธูปในกระถางโรงด้านบนของกังหันพร้อมกล่าว “วันนี้วันที่เดือน ปี ข้าพเจ้า ชื่อ นามสกุล วันเดือนปีเกิด มากราบสักการะและขอพรจากท่านแชกง โปรดอำนวยพรให้กังหันนี้นำพาแต่สิ่งที่ดีๆ เข้ามา ทั้งโชคลาภเงินทอง และความสำเร็จในธุรกิจ การงาน ขอให้กังหันทั้ง4 ใบ นี้นำพาให้ข้าพเจ้าประสบแต่สิ่งที่ดี”
