The concept of the store is great. However, the front staff aren’t very helpful. Even though I drive there and donate a lot of stuff, parking is very challenging. In this extremely hot weather—where I’ve been sweating a lot—carrying items into the store is difficult. The staff just stand there, complaining about why I’m not doing things their way and arguing with me.

We’re still customers, and there are often elderly people bringing in donations too. Yet, the staff won’t help in any way.

I hate to give 1 star because the recycling idea is fantastic. I hope the company considers providing better training for...

The staffs there are impolite. Just keep on talking to their colleagues and stood right in front of the recycle bin. Could you just move a bit? It was not peak hour at all. There are plenty of space in the shop. Sigh. The way that they talked to you is very impolite. They are not very clear of the material classification. Seems like they are lack of training.What a bad service and impolite staffs. I think it's better make the recycling system to AI. Staffs there is not helping. Making the recycling experience gone bad. The wages could be used to upgrade the system than hired...

Great concept but some staff are EXTREMELY Rude, . Especially that crazy lady with glasses who's harassing. Please fire them and find new people who actually care about people...
