We lived in the neighborhood from 2010-2017 and this one of our very regular spots. After so many years away we were a little worried if it would still be as good. YES IT WAS; WONDERFUL! We walked in to familiar faces, the super cozy decor and the wonderful food we remember. Escargot, sautéed wild mushrooms and a wonderful cheese fondue. It was like coming home and we will be back again when we visit....

It was so good to see that La Petanque was still there after my last visit in January 2020. Before 2018 when we left Shanghai, we were regular guests on a weekly basis. Yesterday I had a superb filet the boeuf with a nice glass of Côtes du Rhône. Loved it. Next time I...
