Worst Tsui Wah outlet I’ve ever visited. As compared to outlets in Shen Zhen, Singapore and Hong Kong itself. Does not do the brand, Tsui Wah, justice. Staff was trying to adopt the Hong Kong service attitude. Nonchalant and rude. Milk tea or Yuan Yang was not good either. It’s as if they used a different brand of evaporated milk. Staff also mix up the order. I order 2 iced milk teas and 1 iced yuanyang. Came with 2 yuanyang and 1 milk tea. After telling the staff, they refuse to admit their mistake. And insisted the yuanyang was milk tea. No apology. They forgot our dessert after reminding them about it also. The restaurant was not crowded and we visited the restaurant during off peak hours.
