Toriyamana Restaurant — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

The food is nice, but that's all what I can say positive about my first visit in this restaurant. Staff seemed inexperienced, somewhat ignoring and not that customer oriented. We got one set dinner and some sushi. On the set dinner there was something given to us which didn't belong there which we didn't notice. The staff returned and took it from the tray. Getting tea refill on demand, not very attentively I have to say. Some more smaller things I will leave out now. Another thing is there are some sushi dinner sets, but the staff can't tell what's in. It's the chefs choice and it depends what he want to put. You really need to like all kinds of sushi for ordering that. If there is 1-2-3 you really don't like, then it's already a big part of the set. I can go again, but just for the food and need to close my eyes...

Fact is menu: Salmon Belly rice, actual food: Salmon SKIN? And staff and even CHEF who works there insist the SALMON SKIN is BELLY.
