Worst service ever !!!

We had gone to your restaurant on Saturday 13 , March for breakfast and we want to report that we are extremely disappointed with the service received. I would like to make a complaint against the bad service received!!

We have been a regular visitors of your restaurant for breakfast on weekend not because of your service nor food but for the view !! I try hard to ignore bad service from the waiting staff every time, but today was simply appalling.

The first thing is The operation hour in front of the restaurant mention breakfast served until 11:15 am.

Last weekend we were there by 10:45 or 10:50 after we done our routine exercises and every time this waiter alway rude to us and reluctant to serve us despite us arriving before breakfast closes. He always repeats to me by tap on his watch and told me “ last order last order” We came there 10:55 And were told that there was no Service and we should arrive earlier.!

The whole service attitude is simply terrible. Makes you think you are a schoolchild and they are the teacher.

They also interrupt your meal to demand that you pay before you have even knives your food! Many customers were also complaining about this rude and impolite interruption to your meal . I have never been to a restaurant in Hong Kong that demands payment midway through your food.

So I asked him why he always rude to me ? He said because me and my husband always came late !!! So I don’t understand operations hours serve until 11:15 am !! So you should change to 10:55 then !

We have been to many restaurants but have never such a bad service like this restaurant before in my entire life.

My advice: avoid...

The service was hilarious. We paid HKD 1000 for four of us for a dinner and the servers were not trained obviously. "Do you have chicken?", I asked. "You can check the menu." the waitress says. While I was checking she was trying to get away from me. "What?"

I was very upset when the waitress was so lazy and ignored my request. I felt like I was mistreated.

When the salad came, the manager interrupted our conversation with my family two times in order to rush asking "Do I need to serve you the soup right now?" "Who cares?", I was thinking. I was in the middle of conversation and you couldn't wait and say "Excuse me, (with a smile) can I ......." It was so blunt and rude. I felt like I was in a Cha Chann Teng.

There was a waitress came over my table and trying to collect my plate and asking "Can I collect your plate?". The funny thing is I was chewing food in my mouth and also the plate was full of mutton and veggie. I said, "No", and I pointed to my mouth which I was eating. Then she gone without taking any plate but actually there were two empty plates next to my plate which obviously I finished but she did not take those! Miraculous!

The food was 8 out of 10 I would say in this range of price. I was wondering why the floor manager did not aware of the service was not up to...

Update: 11/02/2021 I was there again with a friend at around 8:50am. A waiter at the far end of the outside seatings was placing utensils as we walked-in and had our temperature measured for the Covid-19 precaution measures and asked for a table for two, the waiter simply waved us away indicating not being opened yet despite Google Maps says opening hour of 7:30am and the writen sign at the door saying opens at 8:30am. Could he not say they are closed until whenever instead of just waved us away? Minus one Star. End of update.

A nice place for a longish drive and relexing breakfast. The best thing here is that they open quite early in the morning. Proper breakfast time which is rare in Hong Kong. Only a small selection of 4 set breakfast to choose and I always choose "Set C". Prices hwd gone up a bit recently over the years but still reasonable for the location and clean and tiny decor.
