This used to be THE hangout place for kids grew up in Tuen Mun. I haven’t been for decades and the interior design changed dramatically. We were longing for the Ovaltine Sundae and ordered one from the outside dessert bar. There were too many order for only two teenagers to handle. It got better once another teenager joined from inside to help out. We had the Ovaltine Sundae inside. It tasted surprisingly good with all the Ovaltine powder as toppings. The washroom was not as nice as it used to be unfortunately, though. You could lose your McDonald’s in the US with washroom like that.

I had a disappointing experience with my recent takeaway order. I ordered crispy chicken wings and the newly released pepper chicken wings, but when I got home, I found they gave me McNuggets instead. I’m really upset that I didn’t receive the crispy chicken wings I was looking forward to. It’d be great if the staff could double-check orders before handing them out. Hope this gets addressed for future customers!

Bad services. Unbelievably slow delivery (over 1.5 hours waiting time). Customer's opinions will be treated as nothing. No one cares about customers. Mcdonald opinion hotline (28807300) was just a robot voice machine and no one will ever pick up the call for complains...
