2/5 Food: The food was honestly disappointing, expected the Indian food there to be top notch, however the food wasn’t to expectations as firstly the chicken in the butter chicken was very Frozen-like and it was slightly undercooked, butter chicken was also tad but sweeter than it’s supposed to be, the meats in all the biryanis are cold inside and taste frozen and not fresh, the biryanis rice were well flavoured and that’s probably only good thing.

3/5 Service: Service was quite Mediocre as some of the staffs were well mannered and had adequate service etiquette, some of the staffs had their hair open like a ponytail and that’s quite a concerning matter as it makes the service seem less professional, one of the staff members was also seen smoking a cigarette right next to the window of the kitchen close by to the outdoors customers which ultimately showed unprofessionalism and lack of respect towards customers.

5/5 Atmosphere: The decor of the restaurant was great and fitted the cuisine really well, I especially liked the chandeliers made out of metal spoons, it gave the restaurant a good unique experience, the paintings on the wall were all very nice and enjoyable to admire while waiting for the food to arrive.

I found it quite disconcerting to hear that the waitress requested my assistance in tidying the table after I had finished my dinner around 8:00 PM. This was a most unfortunate situation, as I had already paid the 10% service fee, which typically indicates that full service should be provided by the restaurant staff.

The closing time of the establishment was approximately 11:00 PM, which suggests that the staff should have ample time to complete the cleaning and closing procedures without needing to impose additional duties upon the patrons. This is a clear failure in the restaurant's management and staffing practices, and I felt deeply disappointed by this experience.

As a paying customer, I rightfully expected to receive comprehensive and attentive service throughout my dining experience. Being asked to assist the staff with clearing the table is an unacceptable breach of this expectation, and it was regrettable that my otherwise pleasant evening was marred by this...

Mixed Experience:

Problems: service was polite but unbelievably slow and inattentive. We waited over 40 mins for salads. When they arrived it was a little disappointing.

I had ordered the green mango salad with soft shell crab. Unfortunately it was more like soggy crab. The crab was cold and had clearly been sitting a while in a pool of liquid from the salad sauce making it very soggy. Even the dry batter wasn’t any better- it was tough and chewy. Waste of good crab. 🥺🦀

Good points: The salad parts of the dish were actually really good. My friend ordered the papaya salad and that was really nice!! We would both highly recommend their fried banana dessert dish- Kluey Thord. It was SO good! 😋 Definitely something you’d want to share though - it’s incredibly filling.
