Jade Garden Yuen Long Branch — Restaurant in Yuen Long District

First impression was good, Once the food comes out it was disappointing with the standards of street food quality, They also seems to be very short staffed and not much training been given to them as they don't even know which table the food should go, We had a item misplaced and our table and at the end with the bill they sneak in the charge for that item without telling, spoken and confronted them they corrected the bill but they said to have forgotten to put the discount offer on their menu, once again when they corrected they also did not apply a spending discount. This took them 3 times to correct the bill so it does feels they are trying to cheat us back for the money on an extra item misplaced by...

We went to this Jade Garden in Yuen Long a couple times already (4th time). I agree with the sentiment of my family who live nearby (including those in more remote places) that if there is a restaurant that has a very safe value for your money in HK, Jade Garden is one of the few ones that deserve your attention. Many other restaurants in HK are barely edible (and sometimes expensive too), but Jade Garden is an exception.

The dim sums were all good (e.g., meatballs, dumplings...), the goose, chicken, pork, etc all the meat we eat were good, as well as the fried rice, noodles etc.

The quality of the service depends. One waitress was very rude to us, once, but overall we had no problem with...

Yesterday I dinner with friends at Jade Garden. The roasted bbq pork is ok, and the chicken is rather bonely, the taste is ok. The soup is quite good, not too oily and rich in flavor. The sea clams with shrimp is one of my flavourite, it is very fresh and together with broccoli, rather tasty. Poached veggie is just taste ok.
