Bozgos Gastronomy Burgers — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

Went there on a Saturday, low traffic day there because it's surrounded by universities. Taking that into account, I can say service was good but may not be representative of regular workday experiences; food was good but not great; price was fair.

I ordered the "Pampa" burger, their Argentinian-ish choice, 150 grams (about 1/3 pound) beef patty, cheese, Argentinian chorizo, and Argentinian chimichurri, mine in an artisanal bun; good flavor, great combination of the oily feeling from the chimichurri and the double meat flavor from the patty and the chorizo, the downside was that chimichurri was seriously not Argentinian, flavor was not as expected and not good enough to make the difference an advantage. I also had a side of fried yucca sticks; standard supermarket ready-to-fry.

Something nice about this place is the way they suggest handling sauce (like mustard, ketchup, and that kind of stuff): sides come on top of some kind of waxed paper or something like that, and the paper has some extra length to be used as sauce 'dish', reducing plastic...

El tiempo de espera de este lugar es demasiado para ser sincera (35 min), pero cuando le di el primer mordisco a la hamburguesa me di cuenta que valió totalmente la espera, es un hit este sitio, pedí la hechicera y si que es un hechizo,su pan es fresco y tiene un toque crujiente delicioso, la carne en el punto que la pedí jugosa y con un sabor espectacular, su tocineta y queso combinan con la salsa dulce, en pocas palabras sus hamburguesas son únicas, de beber no tienen amplia variedad, el sitio es pequeño para la cantidad de pedidos tan amplia que manejan, en conclusión excepto por el tiempo,...

Uno de los mejores lugares de hamburguesas artesanales de Bogotá, no hay duda. La calidad de sus ingredientes junto con la originalidad, preparación y combinación de los mismos, hacen del resultado algo fantástico. He probado varias de sus hamburguesas y todavía se me hace difícil escoger cuál será la próxima. En época de pandemia es difícil valorar el servicio, y aún cuando lo he disfrutado en casa, el producto viene muy bien empacado, seguro y fresco. Me volví cliente fiel desde el primer bocado.
