Worst experience ever. When we get there they told us that we can be near the entrance with our dog (a Chihuahua in a box) and so we did. After ordering a few things, the waiters literally kicked us out under the excuse they never approved the dogs entrance (lying in front of their boss as if they were somehow scared). They treated us pretty bad and the owner, naturally, only encouraged the bad behavior. They don’t care about customers, they are only interested in offering overrated products at a high cost. It’s a trap for foreign people.

Sad to see how this old business are doomed to the oblivion just because doesn’t know how to treat their customers at a time in which hasn’t being as important to do so as it is now.

Also, interesting to watch how they respond to criticism from their customers (available in Google) the owner definitely lack of basic knowledge about customer success.

If you’re looking for an old school restaurant focused more on food deco rather than food quality, overpriced and with such a bad attitude to acknowledge what they do wrong, this is your place and you should try the...

I had the pleasure of dining at Santa Fe Restaurant in Bogota, Colombia recently, and it was truly a delightful experience. The patacone appetizer was an absolute treat for my taste buds - the flavors were rich and the presentation was impeccable.

The main dish that followed was nothing short of extraordinary; in fact, it ranks among the best meals I've ever had. Every bite was a burst of culinary excellence, showcasing the skill and creativity of the chef.

What made this dining experience even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Tito. His ever-present smile and attentiveness added a personal touch to the evening, making us feel truly welcome and valued.

In my humble opinion, Santa Fe Restaurant stands out as the best dining establishment in Bogota, Colombia. From the delectable food to the top-notch service, it's a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable...

The restaurant asks for a reservation, but I decided to reach out via WhatsApp instead—and luckily, I got a well-placed table. The food was good, but the waitress denied me a service, insisting it was only available for birthdays. I knew that wasn’t true, so I chose not to leave her a tip. When she asked why, I explained that the table in front of me was celebrating something other than a birthday. She then tried to justify herself by mentioning the cost of the service, which was out of place since I never brought up money.

In the end, what disappointed me most was the noise: when a group of foreign guests arrived behind me, the waitress became so loud that it made me feel uncomfortable and ruined what could have been a...

An absolute gem in Bogota! The food was on par with a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Starting with their ceviche, it was absolutely fresh and fragrant. Kept us wanting more with each bite. We had the trilogía de pescados and Róbalo en Salpicón de Camarones. Each had a unique flavor that was so fresh and combined all textures into one dish; all flavors were unique, fresh, and exact! More than anything, we cannot drink alcohol so they were able to accommodate by cooking without the brandy. This brings me to their service, where they were so polite and patient! We also had the dessert which was not overly sweet, but mixed flavors so well! AMAZING EXPERIENCE THANKS TO GUILLERMO!

We had a delicious meal here last night. Having travelled around Colombia normally you are met with a blank face when you mention that one of the diners is a Coeliac but not in Santa Fe. The waiter showed us menu items that were gluten free and those that were adaptable too...it was so refreshing to be able to enjoy a meal without worrying about being 'glutened'. The waiter was attentive without being too pushy which was nice too. Both meals, Coeliac and non Coeliac were really tasty and the house wine was fantastic too! I'd highly recommend Santa Fe - the walk up the hill makes the meal all that more delicious!
