Worst experience ever. When we get there they told us that we can be near the entrance with our dog (a Chihuahua in a box) and so we did. After ordering a few things, the waiters literally kicked us out under the excuse they never approved the dogs entrance (lying in front of their boss as if they were somehow scared). They treated us pretty bad and the owner, naturally, only encouraged the bad behavior. They don’t care about customers, they are only interested in offering overrated products at a high cost. It’s a trap for foreign people.
Sad to see how this old business are doomed to the oblivion just because doesn’t know how to treat their customers at a time in which hasn’t being as important to do so as it is now.
Also, interesting to watch how they respond to criticism from their customers (available in Google) the owner definitely lack of basic knowledge about customer success.

The main dish that followed was nothing short of extraordinary; in fact, it ranks among the best meals I've ever had. Every bite was a burst of culinary excellence, showcasing the skill and creativity of the chef.

Read moreThe restaurant asks for a reservation, but I decided to reach out via WhatsApp instead—and luckily, I got a well-placed table. The food was good, but the waitress denied me a service, insisting it was only available for birthdays. I knew that wasn’t true, so I chose not to leave her a tip. When she asked why, I explained that the table in front of me was celebrating something other than a birthday. She then tried to justify herself by mentioning the cost of the service, which was out of place since I never brought up money.
In the end, what disappointed me most was the noise: when a group of foreign guests arrived behind me, the waitress became so loud that it made me feel uncomfortable and ruined what could have been a...
