POR FAVOR REVISEN SUS ALIMENTOS MUY BIEN ANTES Y DURANTE SU CONSUMO

Este lugar solia ser un lugar muy especial para mí. Lo conocí hace unos 12 años y desde entonces me enamoré de él y fui con personas cercanas, porque quise q lo conocieran.

Hace dos dias volví a este lugar especial y me salió un pelo en un postre de manzana. No hubiera sido tan grave si hace un poco mas de un año (la penúltima vez q fui) no hubiera pasado lo mismo con un croissant de almendras.

Uno entiende que esta clase de cosas puedan suceder, pero lo que terminó por decepcionarme fue la respuesta de la propietaria, negando que esto hubiera sucedido anteriormente, (cuando en aquella ocasión muy decentemente le hicr el comentario y segun ella "NUNCA antes le habia pasado") es muy decepcionante. Incluso tuvo la audscia esta vez de negar la experiencia en si misma, le mostré el pelo e insistia en que "no veia nada". Le dije que llamaramos a la vendedora que me habia atendido para que viera el pelo y se negó, simplemente se llevó el postre. Para terminar de ajustar no hubo ninguna clase de reparación (y no me refiero a que tuviera que darme una cortesía o algo por el estilo, pero si una recepción adecuada a algo tan importante que yo como consumidora estaba manifestando a un establecimiento de comidas). No una disculpa, no un "gracias por mencionarlo", "vamos a tenerlo en cuenta", ni siquiera se le vio apenada por lo sucedido. El ambiente puede ser genial y el lugar magico, el michi adorablr, pero con esa atención y mas reiteradamente, se daña todo. Hay muchos otros...

The almond croissant was delicious! The eclair seems to be so good as well but we wanted to try a different kind so we took the dulce de letche square (the dough is make with almond which was so good!), mabye too much filling as the dough was just so good by itself. From my husband, the coffee was a delight! The green tea was good, reminding me of the korean green tea, very herby. The chef definitely knows his stuff. The place is beautiful and the waitress was nice. Loved the ginger kitty...

Bogota's best-kept secret. We came here over, and over, and over again just to marvel at how good the pastries are. This place can compete with bakeries in Paris any day of the week. The croissants, the quiches, the tarts, everything. Everything is simply delicious.

And everything is very reasonably priced. We never paid more than 20,000 ($8) with coffees and our fill of pastries. Plus, their covered patio is super comfortable no matter the weather.
