The woman at the register had no ability to provide proper customer service as she remained on her personal cell phone while me and my mother waited for 10 minutes and we were completely ignored. The food typically, as it is a national franchise, is consistent however considering the service I do worry about the quality of the food. We were never given any explanation or even an apology and we simply walked out and told ourselves to make this review. Now seeing that there's also one other review for just one star ⭐... It only further confirms that the staff at this particular location should seek...

Horrible food , they mix the food constantly turned in to a mashed Asian want to be , rice is about the same and the girl on the counter need to learn what she sells , one more chef in the back was constantly yelling.?? Try the Korean...

La comida me parece buena cuando está recién hecha, me gusta mucho el pollo a la naranja. La atención es buena dependiendo de la persona que te atienda. Es desagradable que uno llegue a comer y un gran número de mesas estén sucias u ocupadas por el mismo personal de restaurante que se sienta en varias mesas a ver sus celulares y no se percatan en lo más mínimo, que un comensal que está pagando un servicio, necesita una mesa limpia y acorde a un lugar higiénico.
