The food was amazing as always. They never seem to have beer from Japan but other than that the sushi was very good. HOWEVER, the service was horrible and not only this time, it’s always horrible at this location. We have to wave our hands and tonight I nearly had to get up to asomeone to serve us. The thing is it is always like this. They seem to have many employees and only 30% of the tables were occupied. I just don’t understand why someone can’t come to our table once we are seated. Even to just say “we are busy but I will be with you shortly.” Just an acknowledgement that you know we are there. But it’s always like this. We have to beg to be served. We have to beg to pay for the meal. It’s ridiculous. It’s the only restaurant I’ve ever visited that has this type of service. I wanted another beer but she never returned. I will try WOK again in the future but it won’t be at this location. If the next location has the same service then I will be done eating at this restaurant. I hated it at the end when she had the audacity to ask if we wanted to add the tip to the bill. No I don’t want to add a tip. You didn’t do anything for us and you wasted our time. At the very least get me a drink while I wait for your slow incompetente service. Yes I gave her the tip but only because of how rude it sounds to say no. But she didn’t deserve the tip. Service was only pleasant by the staff, not really warm but they are kept busy and maybe stressed. The Gyozas and shrimp rolls we ordered were excellent along with the sauces. My companion liked his noodle dish but I didnt care for the mango salad with chicken. Much too sweet, needs to be tempered with some ingrediant to offset the sweetness. And the sauce that came with it was also sweet, honey mixed with soy sauce perhaps? Didnt make sense, give me spicy. My companion dipped his chicken into it. The chicken of my dish did not have large sections of fat cut off. Is that how its supposed to be? Wasnt pleasant at all to chew on fat. I left half my dish on the plate. El servicio es pésimo, la gente que atiende tiene mala actitud, se demoran en atender y cuando lo hacen es de mala gana, me atendió Leidy Jhoana Rivera después de mucho tiempo y tuvo una actitud pésima, nos miro mal, nos atendió con rabia, queríamos comer en el lugar, sin embargo, el servicio fue tan nefasto que decidimos ordenar para llevar y comer tranquilas en otro ambiente. Wok tiene comida muy rica y que triste que por el personal que trabaja ahí se dañe la perspectiva de un lugar. Estábamos en la barra, los cocineros que se encuentran en en la barra son muy amables, y el resto de personal igual lo único malo fue la que nos atendió directamente porque la mandaron a la barra a atendernos y tuvo una muy mala actitud, realmente hacemos esto puntualmente para que tengan en consideración la gente que trabaja ahí porque es evidente que la gente puede tener malos días pero no para tratarlo a uno mal sabiendo que uno va a comer y claramente a pagar la comida y el servicio, a la hora de traernos la factura se comportó igual de mal o hasta peor. Espero estás cosas no vuelvan a seguir pasando porque verdaderamente uno va con la mejor actitud para salir tan mal del lugar, recalco que el lugar es muy rico u muy ameno sin embargo a esta mesera le deben hacer una retroalimentación, gracias.

La administradora hablo con nosotras y fue muy cordial en su trato, es una persona que verdaderamente es buena en su trabajo y en el servicio al cliente, ella nos pidió perdon sabiendo que no debería ser la encargada de hacerlo si no que debió haber sido la propia mesera, con esto se evidencia que verdaderamente la única persona que tuvo la falla fue ella, sinceramente desconozco si está pasando por alguna situación pero creo que sí uno trabaja precisamente con el servicio al cliente es primordial saber dejar las emociones a un lado al menos cuando te estás comunicando con las personas que estás atendiendo. Recalcamos que si ponemos 2 de servicio es por la administradora que fue un amor completo y muy cordial, hablo de manera muy educada con nosotras, gracias a ella es que el día de hoy no nos llevamos una perspectiva tan...
