I really really wanted to give this place a 5 star rating … really

The ambiance, the service and even the pizza at it base was pretty good … BUT … the mushrooms on the funghi pizza were definitely not fresh … I know what fresh mushrooms look like and taste like because I make pizza all the time and these were from a jar or can … and with that killed the taste of the pizza and its rating

As I said the attention to the customer was outstanding and the server even explained to me the 8% food tax that appeared on the bill which was included in the original menu price

I think that this is a HUGE faux pas and for that reason I can’t give the pizza a 5 like many others have (maybe they had fresh mushrooms on theirs)

Unfortunately our experience here was the service was very poor. 30 minutes before we were served then a 15 minute wait for drinks. I think management needs to review the staffing level, as there seemed to be one server for the whole place. The charcoal and traditional bases were nice, though overall the toppings were lacking in flavour, the spicy Italian sausage had next to no heat and the chilli oil was homeopathic at best. I’m sure on another night, the service wouldn’t have been a problem, but I didn’t feel the pizzas were knock out by...

El servicio es pésimo, desde la entrada... La persona que te recibe no es la más cortés, me sentí rogando por una mesa porque no tenía reserva.. decidimos salir a comer entre amigos y la verdad Sue una pésima experiencia, el dueño del lugar se me presentó a decir que si realmente íbamos a comer en el lugar porque estaba ocupando la mesa y el total de las personas que íbamos no habían llegado.. decidimos desocupar la mesa e irnos a otro lugar y sentirnos mejor atendidos .... Estamos en cali y la atención y el servicio estamos acostumbrados a que nos traten con respeto y mucho más si estamos pagando....

Lastimosamente no se pudo probar la pizza que era la motivación principal ... Pedí el servicio para pedir una entrada y algo de tomar mientras llegaba el resto del grupo y la chica de recepción me responde :"yo no soy mesera!.. ya te envío una "20 minutos, 10 de pie esperando y 10 sentada sin atención... De feria o no, me parece que requieren capacitación en servicio al cliente, hay mejores formas de abordar la situación.. que se le ofrece? Que quiere tomar mientras espera era más decente .. desde la cabeza...
