Party of 4 people. Wife’s birthday Last year We were at this restaurant and the experience was good but today the experience was terrible, what a disappointed with the food and the service. I ordered a chuleta valluna and the meat was very tough, it was over cooked. The service was poor, it was my wife’s birthday she ordered a bandiola and they brought her another dish, my father in law his chuleta valluna was the same as mine. When I made the reservation I said it was to celebrate my wife’s birthday and at not time did anyone offer to sing happy birthday to her or bring a complementary dessert for her birthday. We ordered desserts anyway and it took them more that 40 minutes...

Disappointed by both the food and management.

I ordered one of the expensive dishes on the menu — the salmon — expecting a juicy, flavorful experience. Instead, it was extremely dry and lacked its natural juices. While the chontaduro sauce was nice, the chef claimed that dryness was intentional, relying on the sauce to compensate.

I returned the plate after eating less than half and suggested charging me half if no replacement was possible. They still charged the full amount with only a 20% discount — barely covering a third of the salmon’s cost. For a high-end restaurant, both the flavor and customer handling were far below...

We went to this restaurant last night at 7 pm, , it’s not what you read on the reviews, most of the food on the menus was not available, the wait to get drinks were over 15 minutes, water down drinks and greeasy food finally arrived after several time asking, the service is very bad and the fish was still frozen inside and people walk through the restaurant the whole time with their suitcases and super noisy , we left our food and decided to pay and leave, we DO NOT recommend this place to our fellow Americans or Canadians, Don’t believe some of the reviews that you read and don’t waist your hard earned $$$ in this...
