My wife and I found this restaurant by accident while looking for a business. It was lunchtime so we walked in knowing nothing about the restaurant. First we were assisted parking out front, then warmly welcomed by staff inside. Our server explained they specialized in high quality beef (imported) but also had other dishes on their menu. First they served a complimentary aperitif which was sweet but tasty. I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad and my wife was craving a hamburger. I wish I had more of an appetite to try a steak. Our meals were absolutely mouthwatering and the presentation was superb even decorated with a flower. I love Cesar salads, but this creation was something else.............the lettuce had been also roasted to perfection............the serving was huge and very filling. I can honestly say this is by far the best Cesar salad I have eaten in my life. My wife was savoring every bite of her hamburger and potato fries and a specialty dip. They had a wonderful selection of wine and other drinks. We enjoyed the music, atmosphere and excellent service. At the end of the meal we were even given a complimentary digestive drink (a mix of pineapple and Aguardiente). It was so tasty..........could be addictive for sure. The only thing that could be mentioned that they could change would be the tiny paper napkins they provide (one each)........eating a delicious juicy hamburger takes about 4 of those which my wife had to ask for more. As someone else suggested in a review is that they should provide cloth napkins for their customers or at the very least a high end large paper napkin. This is a high end dining establishment and this one final detail would put the icing on the top. Regarding price, yes it is more expensive, but for the service and quality it is well worth it. We cannot wait to return...............it will be difficult to try something new on the menu as I am craving Cesar salad...
Read more3 of us went there as it had got 5,5,5 ratings but I was very disappointed.
Large number of. tables were scattered on 2 floors. Most tables were empty at 7:30pm on a Thursday. The decor was mediocre or very low.
The service however was excellent.
The wine list was exclusive. The wine waiter was very knowledgeable. We were treated to a complementary glass of sparkling wine that was good. The COP 350,000 wine bottle also was good.
The Chorizo dish was also good. I ordered a medium rare done Porterhouse Steak. They did a fancy practice of singing the sides of it with a blow torch at the table. However it was too well done and dry. Not juicy and nice to eat. This negated all good feelings of the main dish.
They gave only 1 6"x6" paper serviette per person and not a 22"x12" cloth serviette per person. When asked they brought 1 more paper napkin per person.
They are tying to be "Boutique" but needs much more sophistication and perhaps a better chef who knows how to cook...

Let's speak about customer service, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. It is always over the top! Carlos, the owner, is amazing. He makes sure his customers feel welcome, have a memorable dining experience, and leave happy. Juan Manuel, the sommelier, is knowledgeable and warm.
On the menu, the short ribs and colita de cuadril are my favorites. The Palomulata salad is to die for. Every drink I have tried at this place is wonderful.
