“Rooftop” in a second floor with terrible view, loud traffic noise, and very limited outdoor seating (most seating is very uncomfortable too). Unorganized staff forgets about clients- had to stand up and walk up to a waiter at least three times (not counting me calling them over) which resulted in a two hour+ experience due to all the mismanagement and inconveniences, food is surprisingly mediocre (food arrived cold, bad pairings, poor plating extremely plain overpriced cocktails, don’t follow cooking/temperature instructions, essential ingredients that could cause allergies are not listed in dishes, salads tasted old and the greens had the strange old odor and texture to them). In addition to this, the live music is incredibly distracting and sporadic. My waiter(s) and I (and the people I was dining with) had to aggressively yell at each other the entire time which resulted in headaches and an unpleasant atmosphere. Is it the few and extremely slow waiters who seem stressed and don’t have no clue? Is it the extremely slow kitchen that sends out starters and main course at the same time? Is it the guy who decided to put a pork salad on the menu that would cost more than the salmon variant but be only one third of the size? Who takes care that a meal you ordered yesterday would look totally different today? Who booked singers that cannot sing? Please, management, take a look, the future hotel guests will thank you. The manager Marvin was very helpful and constantly helped us with any translation. One of the waitress Daniela was unbelievable the professionalism and helpfulness in explaining the different types of food was perfect. Please request one of these two people for the best dining experience. For the more important part the food and drinks were worth every bit of it!
