Smart Fit - Las Vegas — Local services in Envigado

I do not recommend this gym, I’ve been attending this one for quite some time and it’s one of the worst of the Smartfit franchise when it comes to air conditioning. The staff is usually nice, specially the trainers, however the receptionists don’t seem to care about giving a good answer regarding this conditions at all, even lying and saying the AC has been broken for ONE MONTH. It’s not the first time I complain and I try to alternate with other sites like Villa Grande, Santafe, el Tesoro and Viva Envigado. Yet I only come back due to the closeness to my house, but I also usually regret because of what I have detailed above.

I’ll make it simple for the owners, get the AC fixed once and for all, keep it at a good (decent) temperature for a crowded gym and train your staff to give better answers or estimate deadlines when there’s an issue...

Smart Fit in the Jumbo Las Vegas mall is a fantastic gym. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The massage chairs are a great touch, very comfortable, and they even play music with a bit of incense for a relaxing experience after your workout.

The equipment is in great condition, the weights are usually re-racked, and everything is sanitized, which really makes a difference if you have ever trained somewhere that isn’t. You are always greeted when you walk in, and anytime I have needed help signing in a guest or solving a minor issue, the team has handled it...

Joke of a gym, staff is rude and incompetent. Paid my annual fee but have been out of country for past months. I go in to renew my membership and she tells me I have to do it online but doesn’t really help with the login as I don’t speak Spanish very well. She gives me the wrong login info and then says she she can’t help me. What am I paying an annual fee for if I can’t even...
