We had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at your establishment today. Upon arrival, we were outright refused service,not because the store was closed or due to any legitimate reason, but simply because the staff arbitrarily decided they did not want to sell us ice cream. Their behavior was shockingly ignorant and blatantly disrespectful.
When we requested to speak with a manager to address this blatant mistreatment, the staff deliberately refused to call one or offer any solution. It was made abundantly clear that they had no intention of serving us, and we were left with no recourse other than to leave without being attended to.
This level of customer service,or rather, complete disregard for it, is inexcusable. If this is the standard by which your business operates, it reflects incredibly poorly on your brand and your management. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed...
Read moreI recently visited Artigiani’s gelato ice cream shop and unfortunately, my experience was not great. While the ice cream itself was tasty, the service was incredibly slow. We arrived at the shop around 3 pm and ended up waiting in line in the hot sun for at least 20 minutes. Additionally, the surfaces inside the shop were quite dirty and the lady behind the counter actually dropped our spoon into her dirty apron pocket.
