Cafe Juan Valdez — Restaurant in Saint Andrew

Worst Juan Valdez I have ever been to. We went several times during our stay in San Andrés but it was always the same. The staff obviously had no intention of providing any service nor motivation for anything else. They were unfriendly and ignored customers. We had to repeat our orders several times as the people were not paying any attention and once I was waiting for my coffee for more than 30min before one staff member came and asked me to sit down and wait while they were chatting with each other instead of serving customers. Horrible experience I would have a large cappuccino, I never got to find out the price because I asked to have 10 sugar light come also known as artificial sweetener and they would not give it to me, the employee were judge and jury and decided that 10 was too many for me, I like my coffee sweet and they usually use between 8 and 10 and a large cappuccino! Not the best JV I have been to, but still pretty good. This one had two or three of the could drinks unavailable, so that was a bit annoying. Staff was pretty nice. Tried to give me someone else's order until I showed them the receipt. Then said that two of the drinks were mine, but the pastry was someone else's. No bathroom, but there is a burger place next door that won't notice if you slip in...
