This is the only Chinese restaurant I was disappointed with in the San Jose area. Maybe it was because it was a week-day that we stopped to try this place but they barely had any dim sum - very limited items to order even though their menu was absolutely extensive. My recommendation is, if you want to try this place - go on a Saturday/Sunday (days when most Asians will go Dim Sum) and go early in the morning around 9:30AM to test it out.
We only had the chance to try the siu mai, the steamed rice rolls with lechon, pineapple bun (with nothing inside), steamed custard bun and the Beef Chow Hor Fun.
The beef rice noodles were a little too oily and nothing to really write home about. There are better of this dish in the city so I wouldn't order it again.
The dim sum was OK - disappointed we didn't get to try many of the dishes but the ones we did try were mediocre and nothing to really write home about either.
Personally - I wouldn't try to come back to this place again because the location is a little hard to get to and find parking, the service is 'meh', the food is 'meh' and lastly, I think it is a little expensive for the quality and taste of the dishes that we did try. However, if you are keen on trying this place, I have a feeling the dinner might be...

Both the food and the ambiance are clearly Chinese and the touch of the dim sum cart coming to your table soon after you sit down is the icing on the cake. The place is huge, so you will have no issues finding a table. The same cannot be said about parking, so that should probably be your main focus.
Highly recommended for groups, as you will be able to share from everyone's food. The size of the portions is precisely thought out to be "shareable", but do not be discouraged to go by yourself or as a couple.
The food is delicious and from the 7 different things I tasted last time, not a single one dissapointed: sweet cream buns, pork steamed dumplings, chinese fried rice, sauced chop suey, sweet and sour pork, sweet and sour chicken and...
Read moreHorrible. We tried to wave the waiter down so many times and he just ignored us. Even when we know that he saw us, he took his time to come to us. We were purposefully ignored by multiple people. The food wasn't good. They forgot the food for one of the girls but we couldn't ask about it until the end because our waiter wouldn't come. It took 45 minutes and she only got her food when we were able to get the waiter to give us the check. We had all finished eating so she got it to go. If he were willing to come anywhere near us the multiple times that we were waving to him and he'd look away, he would have noticed that she never got her food. The prices were way too high. The food wasn't good and the service was beyond horrible. If the tip wasn't built into the price, we wouldn't...
