McDonald's Pirro — Restaurant in Heredia

Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. And I keep going back because it is within walking distance. They always have a massive line with one person at the register always. Oh and that person is doing 5 different things so after they have finished with the persons order in line, they will then leave to tend to other things leaving the line stagnant for about 2-5 minutes before returning and tending the next person in line.

Even worse the people in line don't even seem to care. Unfortunately the people of Costa Rica are used to this kind of service and do not complain. The facility is always packed with workers and you can see them in the background doing everything from moping to stacking boxes. Everything except securing the orders at the cash register. The facility obviously reaches their quota and is probably left alone about these kinds of issues since they make the capital numbers regardless.

Even with about 10-20 people doing things it will take about 7-15 minutes to get the order once you have completed the line. Also the food is hardly ever right and i need to open it up everytime to see what they did wrong.

I used to work at a mcdonalds in Georgia and we did not make near the sales as this place does but, we could never leave the register unattended especially with people in line. I cant really put it all into words there are many more issues when i go here I...

The hamburgers and sausage patties have a grey/white color, taste like vomit, and smell like a sewer.. This s the same crap Burger King used to feed us before they closed down. Disgusting! Someone needs to look into this fast, something is not right! This is in the Los Angeles Heredia location next to the Maspormenos. This is not just a bad batch, this is what they are selling us!
