Que Rico Arenal Restaurante is simply outstanding! Our visit to this restaurant was nothing short of incredible. With a fun and inviting family environment, delectable gluten-free pizza options, great food overall, and a truly exceptional staff, this place exceeded our expectations in every way.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with warm smiles, creating an immediate sense of belonging. The restaurant's vibrant and lively atmosphere set the perfect tone for a memorable family outing. It is abundantly clear that Que Rico Arenal Restaurante prioritizes creating an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.

Now, onto the food! As a family with members who require gluten-free options, we were thrilled to find an extensive menu with delectable choices suitable for everyone. Their gluten-free pizza was an absolute delight, bursting with flavor and loaded with fresh and tasty toppings. It is one of the best gluten-free pizzas we have ever had the pleasure of devouring. Trust me; you won't even realize it's gluten-free!

What truly sets Que Rico Arenal Restaurante apart is their exceptional staff. moment we walked in, they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about making our dining experience remarkable. They patiently answered all of our questions, guided us through the menu, and even accommodated our specific dietary needs. The level of professionalism and genuine care displayed by the staff made us feel like valued guests.

In addition to the incredible food and service, the staff also ensured that our kids had a blast. They provided activity packs and entertained them with small gestures, making them feel special and included. It was heartwarming to witness the staff's efforts to make every member of our family feel welcome and engaged.

Overall, our experience at Que Rico Arenal Restaurante was simply outstanding. The fun family environment, great food, especially the mouthwatering gluten-free pizza, and exceptional staff made for an unforgettable dining experience. If you're looking for a restaurant that caters to the needs of both adults and children, while offering scrumptious gluten-free options, look no further. We cannot recommend Que Rico Arenal Restaurante enough, and we can't wait to return for another...

A beautiful restaurant, attentive service, very reasonable prices. We ordered the margarita pizza (simply mozzarella, tomato sauce and basil. The presentation was very nice. However we are from the New York City area and so we are used to a different type of pizza. We were disappointed that there was very little flavor. There certainly was ample cheese but that's all we could taste. We really missed any flavor of tomato sauce - either because they did not put much on or they simply don't season it much. And since it was such a simple Pizza there were no other ingredients such as pepperoni or olives that might have lent more flavor to it. I say this only about the Margarita Pizza. Add other ingredients and you may have a better experience. We also found the crust disappointing - yes it was thin but it did not feel like yeasted bread but more like cardboard. If you are not accustomed to NYC style pizza - or if you choose a pizza with other ingredients then you may find this pizza perfectly acceptable. So this review may say more about me then the pizza - but you should still be aware if you're used to a different style of pizza. Overall a very nice restaurant which offers quite a wide variety of other...

Stumbled upon this delicious restaurant, and it was a great choice. We enjoyed 2 appetizers and a couple of drinks. The azeta soup and caprese foccacia were amazing. My son got a pizza, I ordered Pesto pasta, and the other guys ordered Tilapia. Mom ordered the bbq fajitas and was happy with the taste and with the side of potatoes. Good portion sizes, good taste. I was most surprised at the brick oven pizzas! They offer gluten-free pizzas!! It is a thin crust, actual mozzarella cheese, and great ingredients! My pesto ravioli wasn't too impressive, but the drinks and other dishes were amazing.

I have a few pictures of the seating area, which is wonderfully casual. I would highly recommend the nutella almond honey dessert. I almost ordered a second! The server spoke great English, was patient and professional, and the staff...

A delightful Italian restaurante & pizzeria with great selections on the menu and an amazing ambience. We stopped here for a late afternoon coffee and snack and ordered smoothies, coffee and focaccia bread. The coffee, though regular, tasted really nice and smooth. The smoothies were made using fresh fruits and we could taste the freshness, they were so yummy. We also ordered the margarita pizza packed to go, along with the coconut flan for dinner and both items were very good too! The restaurant have a wonderful exterior. Unlike a lot of other restaurants in this area, they do not have a view of the volcano or the lake to showcase; instead their guest seating opens into a lush green and well maintained lawn that is absolutely amazing to look into! The staff are friendly and had helpful suggestions to share. Lovely experience ❤️

We had a long day hiking Fortuna Waterfall and exploring town, so when dinnertime rolled around I really wanted something close to our hotel (Hotel Arenal Kioro) & I was craving pizza. Found this place through TripAdvisor and it was great! Service was wonderful and pizza was SO good. Honestly, one of my all time favorites. It has a thin, crispy crust with delicious cheese & toppings. Our 18 year old son & his friends even rated it an 8.5 (apparently a "10" is the unicorn of pizzas that doesn't actually exist). If you're craving pizza or just don't want to go all the way into town for dinner definitely give this place a try.
