Stopped here for lunch and ordered the Chifrijo which came in a bowl. The food was really good. Everything was fresh. My only gripe is that the bowl was too small for portion provided so a couple of pieces of food fell out of the bowl and onto the table.

This restaurant was located in the plaza next door to our hotel we stayed at while visiting from Palm Beach Florida USA. The menu consisted of typical Costa Rican fare, prices were high but typical of all Costa Rica. Place seemed brand new and not very busy but food did not dissapoint. Was fun and found something...

We ate here shortly after arriving in Costa Rica. We found our chicken bowl which, we are told is traditional, was delicious. While we don’t use a lot of salt in our food, they used more than we would typically use but it was likely the right amount for most folks.
