So I went here..looked at the menu n picked A pizza with ham ,mushrooms olives..artichoke, n thought $20 u.s. for a large good pizza was Ok for CR prices (which are high). I have had pizza in Canada..Calgary ...vancouver. LA. Atlanta, new york. SanDiego San Fran..Dallas, Denver, France, Rome, Florence. Munich..Miami, Pensacola, new Orleans Tampa, Bogota.medellin, Rio, cancun. Bangkok, Bali. Barcelona, Madrid, Vienna Hawaii. London, manchester.. And others. As they handed me my box..I thought: is there no pizza in here? It was the weight of the cardboard box!! I was hungry n opened it.. I had already paid and said to myself..NEVER AGAIN. I have NEVER had a pizza where they put relatively small amounts total of each topping on one or two slices. I was expecting 2 meals for me ..nope..ain't happening. The pizza weighed less than the box.. no exaggeration. They gave me one small container of parmisan that was enough also for one slice. Then...they burnt the edges (minor compared to the rest) of the super-thin pizza.. The pizza tasted great..but.....

La Fabbrica was expensive and mediocre - but maybe that’s the standard here. Same money in US gets you more food. Another expression of Disneyland in Central America.
And the service — AWEFUL - zero attention. You would think the waitress would try to sell another beer, or pick up the plates while we waited 40 minutes.
I went down to the cashier 3 times - to get a waiter, to get timing on food, and voice frustration. I haven’t worked this hard in a restaurant since I was a busboy.
I spoke to the cook, directly. Nice guy. He explained he was the only one working, which seemed true with 4 waiters standing around ignoring us.
Manager offered no concessions. I guess this is the business. Trade on location and rip off tourists and locals.
I paid the fare & left a tip directly with the cook, while the wait staff stood around...

I ordered my two pizza with extra toppings, at the end one of them didn’t have extra topping on it. So I asked the waiter to give it to me. He went and talked to administrator which was few meters away and came back to me telling me I should go and talk to administrator. Which is ridiculous. I asked him why can’t he come? At that point waiter went again to talk to administrator and shortly returned to take my pizza. And that’s where fun begins, after so called administrator finished counting money and touching all other dirty stuff, he took my pizza took handful of toppings and just threw it on my pizza.
