I’ve been coming to Esterillos annually to surf since 2011 and this restaurant is one of the very best things here. Our group loves it so much that this week, we ate there every single night and twice for lunch. It’s sort of a fusion of Asian, Caribbean, Tico. I ate the special every night except one and loved it. When they have fresh mahi, you should definitely get it. The one night I didn’t get the special because it was the same from the previous night, I got pad Thai. Not the best dish on the menu. Caribbean chicken is delicious. The sauce that comes with the patacones is really good. My friend got the tuna burger three times. My other friend loves the gado gado salad. Drinks were hibiscus margarita (the only semi-disappointment for me), star fruit & ginger daiquiri. We were all very happy and want to come again for another meal. Kudos to...
