Rosti - Lindora — Restaurant in Pozos

As far as options go Rostipollos is an overpriced chain that has some saving graces, unfortunately this location ditches them... The shredded chicken in my tacos tasted off, had a bone and some nasty fat and my tortillas were served cracked so not a taco at all, and my birria broth was just spicy but not tasty. But the worse offense came from the kids dinosaur themed menu, in this location none of the items are as described, no dinosaur shaped nuggets and no dinosaur shaped chips, while their menu shows them shaped, when the main reason to go to one of these is missing there's no reason to keep coming, skip this location...

It’s a chicken place. It’s ok, the food is ok for Costa Rican standards. The rotisserie chicken is generally bland and over cooked, but the little chicken tenders are usually ok. Quality can vary by location and visit. For example I usually love the plantains, but today they were very clearly fried in dirty oil and they taste terrible. Price can by reasonable depending on what you order. Generally overall safe eat if there is nothing else. Sometimes service is ok, usually it’s slow and they could care less if you are there. Drink refills might take you 3-4 requests...

Salad was very crisp & fresh & the chicken was very moist & tender! I would definitely come again while vacationing here in San Jose. Birriamen could’ve been a little warmer but overall was very good as well. The baby portions of the tres leche & que que crystal cakes were quite generous actually. The service was very slow though considering there was hardly anyone dining in for a late...
