La 45 - Street Food — Restaurant in San Pedro

La 45 was one of the best restaurants I tried when I visited Costa Rica. The service was amazing and swift. The food was delicious and fresh. The environment was friendly and vibrant, all components for a great dining experience. The drink I tried, Piña Colada, was truly amazing, along with the Patacones supremos. I did not personally eat the burger but my friends had some and gave great reviews. For the people that put a bad rate on the delivery have to know it’s cook fresh and not your average McDonald’s that’s heat up with cancerous substances. Overall Truly amazing experience, better than your average experience...

Let me start off with his beautiful the interior looks. They have great music playing and great waitress who are attentive. We got Miami vice drink it’s definitely a big enough size to share. And we got the boneless buffaloe plate ( I was not a fan as it mainly was a full plate of fries and 5 pieces of chicken). Our server let us know they had just invited this new burger that’s not in the menu and offered if we’d like to try jt, the burger had bacon, an avocado sauce, pulled pork, lettuce tomato and melted cheese. It was delicious!! 😋 if I go back to Costa Rica I’d go back here...

The atmosphere is great, the food is amazing and huge portions. Our onion rings were recooked. Almost was at the point of burning, yet delicious. The problem is that the bar upstairs was extremely slow. Finally came the Sangria for my wife and we had to ask about my rum which was forgotten. That was a straight shot. Another problem is that the waiters don't have a set table. So many times they passed out table and we couldn't get them on time, and of course they didn't check on us either.

Overall we had fun, but when you pay $90 for two people, you expect...
