Mundoloco El Chante — Restaurant in San Pedro

Extremely poor service, staff is not organized, they don't keep control of the orders, you can clearly listen to them arguing about bills and orders in front of you, making you feel uncomfortable... To make it worse, the person in charge (either the owner or the manager on duty) is an old guy that has zero sense of Customer Service, they blame everything on the client and has a really rude tone and attitude with clients. Food takes forever, they say it is because it is fresh food, but, do you really take 1 hour and a half to prepare some fish and chips??? When I ask for my food, they really don't care, they get pissed, maybe they are too busy to not notice that its been more than 1 hour since I order fish and chips... It's been the worst...

-Drinks: rum & coke, and bloody mary were terrible -Food: hummus w bread was meh. Not so flavorful and the bread was like eating crumbs. Chifrijo i think my husband liked. -Seating: chairs were super uncomfortable (when you sit for 4 hrs for a concert, you prefer to stand) -waiters could be more attentive. Had to track them for service the place overall can do better w renovations/improvement -the concert area had great sound -If i go back i will try the pizza as this looked and smelled good from the...

This was my 4th visit to Mundoloco. Food is great! They have a wide variety of foods. Drinks are very good too! I would have taken a photo, but I was very hungry and the food was so delicious... so I missed the photo. *Update: I went to Mundoloco again... this time I got a photo. This is the falafel veggie burger...
