Ordered take out from Uber from this store, it was disappointing. The portion is smaller than eating on-site, and the cuts of the rolls are very poor. Thin and thick ones mixed together. We also ate 2 fish bones from the sashimi rolls, that's not acceptable. Especially for the price being paid, the scale and quality should be better.

Would never order from Uber again from this store. On-site is better.

Super good value for the sushi rolls.

They add lots of sashimis and ingredients as opposed to having too much rice.

We tried the chicken soup which was interesting, I wouldn't recommend it if someone is trying to fill up a hungry stomach. The portion was really small given the price.

The signature salad wasn't so much to my likings, as it used a bunch of fake crab meat.

Thoughts 💭 Somehow finding my favourite sushi spot globally in Costa Rica came as a surprise, but, here we are. In love!

Here is what we ordered in favourite order, be warned the portion sizes are huge their sushi roll maker must be jumbo size 😂:

Godzilla - tuna - salmon - dynamite mix - cream cheese chives - avocado - fried banana - outside - teriyaki - crunchy - chipotle

Rolls Roy's - fresh salmon on the inside - cream cheese - avocado chives - fresh salmon all around dynamite mix on the outside - orange sauce with honey

Kyoto - tuna - fresh salmon - cheese cream - avocado - salmon fried - chives - sauce chopped chives on top orange with honey

Unagi Shanghai - eel on the inside - crab cream cheese - cucumber - avocado on the outside - masago - sesame - sweet national sauce on top

Por lo general la atención no ha, sido mala, pero el día de hoy fue pésima. Llegamos al restaurante, nos tomaron la orden, pedimos una entrada que nunca llegó, después de haber esperado 40 minutos, fui a hablar con la Gerente, indicando que teníamos 40 minutos esperando y que incluso otras personas de mesas que llegaron después de nosotros ya les habían servido la comida, la Gerente llega a nuestra mesa y dice solo habían pasado 15 minutos ( dando a entender era mentira lo que dijimos) posterior llegó y aceptó que teníamos mucho de 15 minutos de esperar nuestra orden, nos ofrecieron un postre por la mala experiencia pero eso no vale la pena. Uno de los rollos de sushi tenía las algas secas, y la sopa era casi el fondo de la olla, no tenía fideos de arroz, lo cual es parte de la sopa. Recomendación si van consulté cuanto tardan en entregar la orden y ponga cronómetro para que no les pase lo que a nosotros el día de hoy, que fue una pésima experiencia tanto en el servicio como en la comida.

Usually the service has not been bad, but today it was lousy. We arrived at the restaurant, they took our order, we asked for a starter that never arrived, after waiting 40 minutes, I went to talk to the Manager, indicating that we had 40 minutes waiting and that even other people from tables that arrived after us had already been served the food, the Manager arrived at our table and said only 15 minutes had passed (implying it was a lie what we said) later arrived and accepted that we had a lot of 15 minutes of waiting for our order, they offered us a dessert for the bad experience but that is not worth it. One of the sushi rolls had dried seaweed, and the soup was almost the bottom of the pot, it had no rice noodles, which is part of the soup. Recommendation if you go consult how long they take to deliver the order and set a timer so that what happened to us today does not happen to you, which was a lousy experience both in the service...
