Magnificent crust with the perfect balance of crispy and slightly chevy on outside and soft and flavourful on the inside, coupled with no expense spared quality ingredients and extremely reasonable prices it's a real "Pan Comido" as a latino would say. And for perfect transparency yes I am the owner's brother visiting from Canada and I tell you this because I am personally very skeptical of Google reviews as a lot of it is rigged by the owners with participation from friends and family, and worse, BUT my brother has been a lifelong maniac for the worldwide search and creation of the perfect pizza including baking them in his home wood fired oven for 30 years or so and knowing him as much as I do he only opened pulcinella (after working on it for 5 years) because he felt he could offer something he could be proud of and this includes a spotlessly clean operation with help from his wife, both adamant perfectionists.
