My friend and I were exhausted after a long day of golfing and wanted to relax with some wine and pasta. Here's my review: Food: 1. Medium pepperoni pizza as a starter which was undercooked. 2. Ensalada Caprese - the tomatos had wrinkles on their skin so we decided not to eat them. 3. Pasta Rostotto & Putanesca - the sauce was not done properly it had way too much water and therefore was very difficult to eat without being messy. Service: The owner of the place, Totto, was the cook and the waiter at the same time so he seemed very overwhelmed when a client (including ourselves) ordered parmesan cheese, silverware or even a glass of water. Atmosphere: the inside of the restaurant does not have a/c making it a very uncomfortable dining area. Additionally, the seats are made of hard wood which caused us to want to stand up a couple of times during our dinner.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think the owner must notice the flaws as they're...
Read moreTan grosero, me ofendí.
So rude, I was offended. My toddler and I arrived for a rare occasion of eating out. As I sat down, I was asked twice by the owner if I was taking my food to go. The second time felt like a hint. We stayed and I noticed my toddler staring at the violent mma wrestling on the big screen and I asked nicely if he wouldn’t mind changing the channel, and he quickly said “no!”. Later he changed it when an older Tico woman entered and sat down. He seemed much more inviting to her. This owner was cold and short in his communication. I asked for a little marinara sauce to dip my pizza crust in and the woman there nervously said no and pointed to the owner standing outside as if he didn’t allow it. I paid her and said thank you and left. As I left he sarcastically said “con gusto” as if I owed HIM a thank you. News flash, Customer service is everything. I won’t be back and advising my friends/neighbors not go there unless they wanted to be treated poorly by...
