Lo Spago — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Normally great food and service until tonight. Ordered a pizza with ham and cheese. They cooked one with ham and mushrooms. They offered first to take of mushrooms until they realized would be too difficult. Offered to cook another one and wait another 10 min for it. No apology, no offer to deliver it. But real problem was when owner started lecturing me that next time I order a pizza, I shouldn't ask for cheese because that is standard and can be confused with mushrooms. I understand mistakes and am very flexible with them. I don't like being felt like it was my fault when clearly was not. I canceled order out...

This place is really bad. I did not believe the reviews. Now I do. I tried to have spaghetti with italian sausage meat sauce. it was some nasty sauce that had no italian sausage and tasted really bad and it was not cheap. lesson learned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
