Pacífico Beach Club — Restaurant in Sardinal

BEWARE of shill reviews! If you are Canadian, DO NOT COME HERE. They charge exclusively in USD. Unless you've got more money than brains, there are WAY better places to eat and drink and much better beaches to spend time at.

The food was good but astronomically misaligned with portion size and value. The drinks were passable. Generally both restaurants and the club itself is ridiculously over-rated. The service here was insanely slow too and I have a guess as to why. Based on the grumbling staff, it was pretty obvious that the management and ownership group at Pacifico don't give a flying F about their staff OR their customers and see the beach "club" as a way to vacuum money out of visitors. Staff don't get that unhappy all on their own.

Let's not forget than from 530 until 10pm virtually every single day, the entire beachfront in front of the main restaurant is a route for dirt bikes and quads - so unless you like dining and choking in a haze of blue two-stroke exhaust, you're wasting...

Came here on our first day in Costa Rica. We wanted to start our trip out with a nice relaxing pool and beach day. We checked in at the front desk. It was quick and easy. We quickly made our to the pool to find some chairs to set up camp. It was full but not crowded. The bar staff were great and helped us with some drinks right away.

We ordered some ceviche and nachos. Both were delicious and were gone entirely way too quickly. Some individuals from our party decided to get a 30-minute massage on the beach. They came back with a euphoric look on their faces. They couldn't recommend it enough.

We were there for 3-4 hours. Going back and forth from the ocean to the pool. The staff were excellent and took care of anything that we needed. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. We wanted to go back but weren't able to due to other...

Blu Bar chefs... I have loved the Blu Burger for some time, but now you have reduced the patties to about half the bun size. This is awkward to eat - please redesign to full size patties! Previously: Awesome asset for Pacifico owners of course and for guest renters with a small fee that you use toward food and drink. It is nice to have a private beach just up from the public beach, but with 2 restaurants, the pools, and live music on selected days. This week I was here for fuego and music. The fuego is an outdoor grill thing on the side for cooking, not a guest ambiance thing, would be better if it was. Nonetheless, great service, great food and drink, great sunset - good for either dressing up in Alma Santa or beachwear poolside and service...
