This little restaurant is tucked away in Pueblito Norte in Las Palmas development and is as amazing as it seems unassuming. My gosh, what a pleasant surprise! The chef is Italian, works only with whatever (shell)fish is caught that day, local catch, local ingredients and therefore an ever changing menu.Just like it's supposed to be! He lets you choose your own fish as he brings them all to your table. Their breads, gnocchi and pasta are all home made. They also gave us a complimentary starter, and homemade “maracuja-cello” (passionfruit limoncello) for dessert. The quiet courtyard setting, with lush vines and the moon overhead, was much more peaceful than the town’s main strip....
