I ordered a latte and was handed a cappuccino. When I politely asked the woman to fix it by adding the milk that should be in the cup, she argued and insisted, “This is how we make lattes.”
Zero stars for not knowing the difference between a cappuccino and a latte—and for choosing to argue instead of just fixing the drink. To make matters worse, the milk was burned from being overheated. Yikes.
