McDonald's Real Cariari — Restaurant in Ulloa

This Mac is really bad, the staff there have no courtesy, the food is always cool, because they prepare it way too much in advance, they usually make mistakes with the orders and miss certain things that you ordered. Do not go to this one. Plus the mall where it is located is very bad and the barrier to go into the parking lot fails from time to time, and the staff cannot help you, we were there for around 2 hours last time, with no solution. It was awful. My sister inlaw had to come to get a ticket in her car so they will let us leave. I don't normally review chains like McDonald's, but I had such a positive experience that I had to share! Never in my life have I seen such hospitality from a McDonalds. I brought my young son for lunch in a stroller, and the manager greeted us at the entrance by holding the door. He then asked if we had any questions or concerns before ordering. I ordered Uber eats but We received cold coffee with leaking cups, that spill on the hotel floor. The delivery driver claimed the cup was seal incorrectly. Also, He advised to claim a refund using the app but It was impossible and besides that that report issue didn’t include refunds. There wasn’t plastic forks and knife included.
