Zeppelin - Beach & lounge bar — Restaurant in Grad Pula

Very poor customer service. We ordered two veggie deluxe burgers but got a different burger instead, which was 10 kuna cheaper than the deluxe burger which we had paid for. We weren’t informed that they are preparing us a different burger. When we told them that we had ordered something else they said “We don’t have ingredients for your burger, so we switched it. Give us the burgers back and we’ll give you your money back”. This is definitely not OK. A customer HAS TO be informed about such change in their order or at least they should say that they don’t have the ingredients beforehand. Especially when they switch your meal with a cheaper one. We insisted that we want our 20 kuna back and they eventually agreed. The food can be good but the service...

Previously I gave 1 star - but I was wrong. Bar is lovely and staff is really cool.

Unfortunately fast food place with belong to bar Zepelin is not prefect. When you are asked to wait for your order inside and when all other people have numbers and are called by these number to come and collect food you expect your order will be make quickly (just chips) Unfortunately I was waiting 30 min for no reason inside instead of enjoying my drink and presence of my girlfriend. After few days I decided to give them another chance. Everything went smoothly, burgers are not expensive and are really GOOD. Just a tip, if customer is not happy apologize him - cost nothing and you looks a little bit more...

Terrible approach! We ordered the Vege DeLuxe burger because we are vegans and that was the only option for us. The staff didn't tell us anything and they prepared cheaper burgers with mozzarella for us. We only noticed it when we started eating. I complained to the chef who said they don't have tofu and mozzarella is similar to tofu. They refused to refund us. They only refunded me the price difference between the burgers, so 2×10 Kuna. I can't imagine they would do that to someone lactose intolerant. Be careful when ordering! The restaurant is bad, but the bar...
