Mistral Beach Bar: Your Perfect Split Oasis for Sun, Sips, and Good Vibes! Nestled on the vibrant coastline of Split, Mistral Beach Bar consistently delivers an outstanding experience that keeps us coming back for more. If you're seeking a perfect blend of relaxation, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere, look no further. One of Mistral's standout qualities is their exceptional service, particularly when it comes to securing a prime spot. Even on the busiest of days, the staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we get comfortable sunbeds – a true testament to their attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction. The culinary offerings at Mistral are equally impressive. Their food is consistently good, offering a range of tasty options perfect for a beachside meal. What's more, the prices are remarkably reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location and overall quality of the establishment. It's refreshing to find a beach bar that doesn't compromise on taste or value. Whether you're looking for a tranquil escape or a more energetic vibe, Mistral seamlessly transitions to suit your mood. During the day, it's the ideal spot for a truly "good chill" – soaking up the sun, enjoying the gentle sea breeze, and unwinding in a serene setting. As the day progresses, the atmosphere subtly shifts with the introduction of music. You can choose to hit the dance floor and groove to the beats, or simply recline and enjoy the ambient sounds, adding another layer to the already delightful experience. In essence, Mistral Beach Bar is a must-visit in Split. It's a place where excellent service, delicious and affordable food, and a versatile ambiance converge to create unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Split's...

We were at the Radisson hotel and decided to go down to see the beach bar and take a swim. First, I must mention that the entire bar is truly beautiful and very well done; wood and white materials are really nice choice. Around us, there were many groups of guys and girls separately celebrating bachelor and bachelorette parties (singing loudly, screaming, with lots of alcohol and climbing on pergolas, which is okay, people probably came to celebrate and unwind from life). We were on loungers that didn't have access to the sea, which is a shame, but it's not a big deal because we went to the other side of the beach to swim and then came back. Considering how good the bar looks, we thought the cocktails must be excellent and ordered an espresso martini and a pornstar martini. Both of us spat everything out after the first sip because the cocktail was so bad that it couldn't be swallowed: warm, pure sugar, like syrup without mixing and alcohol. We told the waiter, and he replied that the team of waiters is young, not skilled in making cocktails, and they don't have time, so they just mix something quickly. He asked us to try something else, and we took a glass of rosé wine. When we tried the wine, we couldn't swallow it either. I didn't know wine could be so bad and sour, like vinegar. We left the drinks, paid, and don't plan to return. Maybe these very bad drinks and such high prices (a glass of wine, I think, is 14 EUR) are for tourists from America and the UK, but for us locals, they really aren't. In general, I don't think it's fair for locals to pay (also for quality drinks) at those prices. It's really a shame, a beautiful bar but with cheap drinks and obviously...

Not even worth 1 star. Booked the premium vip lounge area for my friends hen do. Dirty cups found on the floor from the previous day. With sticky decking and ants crawling around everywhere Didn’t get any menus and waiting 15 minutes for someone to come over to take drinks order when we hadn’t even had the menu. The we had to ‘catch the eye’ of the waitress to then get her to come back and take our order. 1st couple of bottles of Prosecco were perfect, nice and cold and lots of ice in the bucket. They proceeded to tell us they had run out of the Prosecco we were drinking and offered us another at the same price. Then turned up with the original bottle and told us their order had just came in. The prosecco was WARM - at €80 a bottle I expect the drink to be ice cold. Do not charge that price if you can’t deliver the goods. Then we ordered food. Sent back once as it was cold, sent back a second time because it was still cold. 3rd time lucky they say - ABSOLUTELY NOT. We watched our food on a service table for 20 minutes with flies landing all over it. The waitress and waiter just kept walking past the food. We had been recording this situation the whole time on our phone. The management team don’t have a clue, very little apologies were given. There is a much nicer, smaller beach bar just down the road, with better music. Would never return here. You definitely need to update your look and your staff need appropriate training. The ‘high end’ service you seem to state on your website doesn’t apply...

My partner and I were pretty stoked to hear Roger Sanchez was to be playing at the Mistral Beach Club so we booked a lounge area at a premium price of min €500 spend. Service started well however quickly diminished into being forgotten about as things became busier. The pricing is up there for everything.... we decided to soak that up and enjoy the fabulous views, ease of having a swim to cool down etc and factor in the DJs that were to be there as a huge bonus. Whilst the food was quite good, the drinks were absolutely terrible. How any establishment can get away with 15ml nips is beyond me. The bartenders don't use nip pourers or measured shot glasses, instead they free pour the puniest dribble into the plastic cups. Around €400+ on alcohol and felt as if we'd had 2 drinks. We had to really make a point and push for our last drinks of the day to be corrected. Twice over. I'd highly recommend buying a bottled drink, beer, wine, champagne etc if you visit here. Come on Mistral and Raddison Blu (where we stayed, same company) if you're going to charge premium prices, make it a premium experience too and pour, mix, serve a good, full strength drink FFS. It's not that difficult. There's alternative places close by, perhaps try them instead. We left feeling completely ripped off. To top it off, you're told you must pay a service charge at the end and the minimum is 10% 🤦 😂 What a circus Didn't let it ruin the gig tho . Brilliant set by the man, Roger Sanchez 💥

I have mixed feelings about this place. We visited and booked the premium daybeds twice during the one week we were in Split. The first time we received great service. The girls at the front desk were nice, and the girl serving us was friendly, attentive, and easy to get a hold of. The second time we visited, we were greeted by a girl who recognized us from before and gave us a great set of beds in the front – excellent service for returning customers! But at those beds, two guys were serving us, and in my opinion, they were not service-minded. They were hard to get a hold of, didn’t say “please” or “thank you,” and often ended conversations as if we were inconveniencing them. The food arrived cold. We asked for a Lillet Pink Spritz, but it wasn’t possible. We asked to add chicken to the healthy bowl salad, which I knew they had since they serve a Caesar salad – but again, it wasn’t possible. We asked for tap water – not possible. We bought bottled water and asked for more ice, but he forgot it. I really wish we had been served by the same girl as the first time, as our experience would have been much better. Other than that, the location is great, the staircase into the water is very convenient. The place is quite expensive though, and it can get a little loud with some guests who drink and party harder after around 4 PM.
