While there were no lines when we walked in, I was really confused because there was a section of kiosks that made it seem like you can order through there but that wasn’t even functioning. Even in the store, there were at least 15 people in the back who were all having fun and it seemed to me that they weren’t doing their job. Their conversations were so loud that I had a difficult time understanding the person at the register. I don’t see the need in having more than 5 people at the store unless it’s a heavy duty day but there was simply nothing for them to do. On top of that, none of them wore masks. Maybe two or three but they were shouting and yelling while handling the foods that I ended up feeling very uncomfortable. I understand that the mandate is up, but when my food is being yelled on and touched multiple times, it didn’t sit right with me. The biggest problem was the amount of flies just flying around. I can’t believe the other reviews aren’t addressing this because almost all of the cookies that were out in the open were touched by those flies. There needs to be a plastic case to display the cookies as well since the flies were especially targeting that and it made them look very unappetizing. I was very uncertain about purchasing but i ended up buying one for the experience. I was really excited but never again will I come back.
