Food is okay. Can't grade the meat for you...the rice and beans are always cooked nicely. The veggies are good, but they aren't clear if guac comes with the veggies (included in the price). Once it was, once it was.t The tofu isn't consistent...some days it's more textury and better than others. The signage is weird - the menu makes you choose between cheese or sour cream. "75 cents for an extra serving of dairy." But sometimes they allow both without charging?
Biggest frustration comes from the workers that don't speak up...they're saying things and you don't know what they're saying. It isn't particularly loud in there ... It's the sneeze guards and quiet workers. As a result I never know what I'm being charged for until the end.
Not giving them a tip is a weird thing...their checkout system forces you to enter a "custom" tip and type in 0% unless you want to leave a tip.

However, if you’re standing over and preparing food AND sniffling and sneezing over it I think it’s common sense to wear a mask so as not to get your germs in peoples food- COVID or not. The person preparing our food, don’t know his name but he’s usually wearing glasses, was sniffling the entire time- clearly had a runny nose, turned to sneeze into his bare arm/hands, and just continued to prepare our food like nothing happened- all this with no mask on. We didn’t say anything bc it was close to closing time and there were customers behind us waiting. We ended up throwing the food out and stopping for Panda- waste of food and money. Read moreOrdered through Uber eats and received my burrito bowl with no guac and salsa. (guac is an extra $3+) I called the store to let them know and upon answering the phone I told the worker that I had ordered from Uber eats. She asked me to send her a picture that the guac and salsa was missing so I did. She put me on hold for 2 minutes and as soon as she came back on the phone she said “you have to complain to Uber eats.” I said why, they did not prepare my meal. She then said “I don’t have your money they do.”
No apology was given.
I understand it’s just guac and salsa but it’s the attitude and zero accountability that Paniolos had.
