When slow/poor service spoils a great food experience. Sara is always my first pick for sea food in Jordan, but the service in Shmeisani branch today has been really slow. We ordered the sea food salad which contains shrimps, calamari, crab and a number of sushi rolls and it was really good, the sea food soup which was good and the grilled prawns or what they name on the menu Sea food Korma with rice. This dish took over 45 minutes to be served to us and it came with no rice. Sadly the wait kind of spoiled our experience but the dish was fantastic. Juices there are always fresh, we usually get the pomegranate juice and it never disappoints. As a costumer I prefer Sara down town branch for their better service and unique atmosphere.
