McDonald's — Restaurant in Germasogeia

Obviously I have no complaints about the food since if I didn't like it, I would simply not order every 2 weeks. My issue is the fact that my order was cancelled today for no explanation, no phone calls, NOTHING so if I didn't check on the app every 20 minutes I wouldn't have known and nobody would've done anything. I'm a student, struggling financially and I live with my mother. The fact that I was informed that my order was cancelled like 1.5 hours later ''for some reason'' and that I had to wait 9 whole days for my refund is unacceptable because how else would I be able to eat if the delivery driver did whatever the hell he did with my order. Explain how should that be my problem. I was told to wait so that I can speak with someone higher in the hierarchy yet nobody gave a crap that I was starving for hours, that I had no money to buy something else for myself or that my order didn't happen. In the hotel that I used to work, delivery drivers ALWAYS SPAM CALLED the clients. In my case? Absolutely nothing. My advice? Do not hire stupid people to do your deliveries since the person that will get yelled at is the representative of each branch and to all the clients out there, do NOT attach your card to any app. Just pay cash cause nowadays people do whatever they want with your money. I had to halt my job and show up at the branch myself after 2 hours, I spoke to someone responsible and at least the issue got resolved so there's that I guess but I am never ordering McDonald's ever again. McDonald’s Cyprus — an absolute disaster

I recently stopped by for a Filet-O-Fish meal — and honestly, it was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The fries were soaked in old oil, like they hadn’t changed it since last summer Everything was greasy, smelled like burnt fat, the fish was tasteless, and the bun was soggy. Total disaster.

But I thought, okay, maybe it was just a bad day. This morning I decided to give them another chance — ordered the Breakfast Bundle with egg and halloumi And that was it. The egg was literally plasticine — rubbery, flavorless, fake. The halloumi was salty and cold, the bun stiff and dry. Just disgusting.

I’m all for healthy eating , but sometimes you just want something dirty — that classic junk food mood. Even that didn’t work. It was so bad, I couldn’t finish it.

And the worst part? These places are full of kids Every day. They come here, smiling, eating this stuff — and you realize they’re literally poisoning themselves with this greasy chemical “food.”

In Athens, by the way, McDonald’s is actually good — fresh, clean, tasty. But here in Cyprus — nobody cares. Zero quality, zero responsibility.

Ordered food with expected delivery time of 40 minutes... after 45 minutes called helpline and waa lied to sayibg my foos would be another minute or so. Another 10 minutes go by i call back to be put on hold for another 5 minutes...then put through to the store manager who could not find my order... aftee another 10 minutes i am told the driver is on the way... i then ask the manager to offer some kind of discount or refund due to the fact the food is half an hour late and i have wasted the evening because of your failures... he says no and is rude on top... he then canceled my order.... THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO AERVE CUSTOMERS AND KEEP TO A SUFFICIENT WORKING SYSTEM... THE APP IS AWFUL NOT USER FREINDLY AT ALL CONSTANTLY MAKING MISTAKES. YOU CAN NOT TRACK THE DRIVERS ON THE APP BECAUSE WE WOULD SEE THEY ARE DRIVING AROUBD WITH MULTIPLE ORDERS. I MADE COMPLAINTS ONLINE AND ON MESSENGER CHATS COMPLETELY IGNORED....
