Take the apple salad off your menu and stick to burgers. You’re doing yourself an injustice.

I was expecting something similar to a Waldorf salad - the ingredients you propose are basically Waldorf with a twist. If you google Waldorf Salad and look at images you see an explosion of colour. Something you want to eat. The apple salad is an overload of lettuce, not even a whole walnut, 3 or 4 cranberries and a tiny bit of shredded carrot. ‘Bland, ungenerous and disappointing’ we’re my first thoughts. Had the philly steak sandwich and fries. A bit too overpriced in my opinion, and the sauce was well over the top as the cheese was sticking to the wrapping paper and when you tried to open it your ingredients fell out. As a sit in you should offer a plate of some kind and not just a tray. Overall good taste, the sauce was their name "it sauce" but it tasted a lot like Diane sauce. Last point, the table outside was full of dust and when I tried to clean it the dust was just too much. I asked the lady at the cash register if she could give me a wet towel or sponge so I could clean it and she said she was going to do it BUT she never came to do it so I sat inside. This was one of the tastiest burgers I have ever eaten in my life. All ingredients well done and taste really good. I have never tried Jack Daniels souce but it suprised me with its flavour.
