OUTSTANDING for Cyprus! We are a small market, so there isn't as much as in bigger cities in Europe- that's all I mean. Even for London, this stands alone! Every dish is bursting with authenticity, care, and complex flavor. They make Asian food look easy, but at this level, it certainly is not. You can tell the ingredients are more costly. We got the mango chicken- real fresh mango, the sauce had a kick to it and complimented the the mango and the chicken perfectly. You can tell a lot about a restaurant on how they do a 'simple' dish like garlic and broccoli- it has to be just right- crunchy but soft and the sauce was the best I have had. I would like for the business to read this and improve. I’m from Uk and Chinese especially authentic Chinese is my favourite food. Unfortunately Cyprus does NOT have authentic Chinese. Mulan is the least worst. The staff are nice so I didn’t want to write this. But tonight I ordered salt and pepper chicken and chips. As far as I know salt and pepper includes. Garlic chilli peppers and onions. What I received was dry bland chips with salt and pepper from table shakers on top. Also why on earth do you serve salt and pepper with sliced carrot and a spring onion stalk.

Definitely not authentic Chinese food - more like authentically bought in a Chinese shop and warmed ip in the microwave. The dumplings were served cold and hard to the bite at first. After mentioning it they heated them up properly so that they actually steamed. The main dish (sweet & sour chicken) tasted very bland, the meat was very hard to chew. It all seemed like simply prepared in the microwave, no cooking involved. We only ate a few bites, then paid and left. The restaurant was completely empty when we came, too.
