Holy Cow — Restaurant in Larnaca

It's been so long we are looking for such a restaurant in Cyprus ,for a vegan there are not that great restaurants until yesterday that me and my wife said let's try our luck in holy cow restaurant,amazing fresh cut and cook fries potatoes (in all other restaurants they offer frozen precook frie potatoes) we ordered the mushroom burger and it was amazing in a home made bun ,the quinoa salad was beautiful and the noodle salad was really very nice ,the service was beyond expectations,polite and understanding the difference between vegan vegetarian and meat eaters ,in the kitchen the stuff is visible wearing the proper gear for clean cooking and kitchen,for a finale we had two lovely teas and an extravaganza huge piece vegan chocolate cake ,we are definitely visiting again and this time with our non vegan children, P.s.although raw vegans and very eccentric eating lifestyle rarely we eat mushrooms and cook food in very special occasions sorry for the...

Place is warm and service polite. Although it does not have its own private parking there is an adequate space surrounding the restaurant. Although the place had another 3 tables it took 25 minutes for the meals to reach us. As for the food the green thai chicken curry it lacked flavour and even with the helpful waiter to bring extra sauce it did not add any flavour to the dish. The Duck Yuzu berry which states medium on the menu was slightly over medium and 2 clicks before dry. It did have flavour and the mash puree was very nice. I have visited this place more than a dozen times and I can say there is zero consistency. Over the course of 1.5 yr., there have been quite a lot of staff changes and not necessarily for the better. The menu is now much shorter and focused which would not be an issue if I knew that food quality and taste were going to be consistently satisfying. There have been occasions when I have truly enjoyed the food, others when taste barely met expectations and some -like yesterday- when the food was returned to the kitchen as it was not edible.
