McDonald's — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

Tasty fast food - McDonald's is perhaps not my favourite fast food burger place, but I think this was pretty decent. The fries in particular were good - not too dry but with a nice crispness. I wish there was an option to add tomato to the Big Mac - maybe there is and I missed it, or I could try adding a second burger bun to a different burger.

The positioning of the counter is a bit unfortunate, it's difficult to queue or wait, but there was probably little they could do about that. I tried the self-service ordering touchscreen this time, it was very handy, especially since I hadn't fully decided what kind of meal I wanted to order. It was easy to customise the options and I didn't have to wait long for my food to be ready. Service was friendly. I found a seat near the window with a great view...

Extremely rude staff at this particular location. I came to the counter to pick up a rather sizable order and asked for a bit of hot water to add to the kid's drink, because it was very cold although we specifically asked not to add ice. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but this time the staff outright refused to provide water, told me that I'd have to pay for tea, to which I agreed, and then told me in a very rude way to go back to place a separate order for the tea....

I ordered a menu and paid extra for vanilla milk shake instead of soft drink. You couldn't drink it. It was like milk with sugar. Horrible taste. I went to ask if they had a problem with their machine and was told that this is the way it is. I have bought milk shakes many times in the past and this was definitely not the standard McDonald's milk shake. The server was willing to replace it for a coke. However, when she asked the manager, the manager refused! Worst service and experience I've ever had...
