Finders Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Nicosia

Ordered a half pint of Hoegaarden beer. Everyone else's drinks arrived (three cocktails!) and my drink was still nowhere to be found. After our potato wedges arrived as well, I kindly asked one of the waiters where my beer was and how come it's taking so much time for them to bring it to me. He seemed like he was really going to bring my beer this time because he said, in a very reassuring tone that "It's coming.". Then, after several extra minutes have passed while waiting for my beer, and while everyone else on the table had almost finished theirs, I ask another one of the staff for an explanation as to why they forgot to bring the beer to me. Their answer to me was: "We didn't forget about it...etc.,etc.". Then another several minutes pass, and I am just feeling so hopeless about this half pint that I had ordered 15-20 minutes ago (I didn't really count time, maybe it was more), and then...it finally arrives...without the proper foam on top. Service was emotionless, exhausting, disappointing. I felt so disrespected since the only final explanation they could give to me about this whole mess was that "We are sorry for the delay, but there has been a problem.". That's it. No more explanation. None. Also, what might have been the owner (?), was kind of ironic and awkward to talk to. Didn't feel comfortable at all. NOT...

A nice place when your looking for the pub style get out. The atmosphere is very nice, but it could up the ambience of it so that you would actually feel the vibe of a pub. Being surrounded by huge tvs gives you access to sports if you are a fan and at the same time you can hear rock music playing at the background, therefore you get the best of both worlds at that time. The prices are very good in relation to what you get for quantity and quality of food, so I'm looking forward to trying some more things from the menu. The beer prices though are a bit off, not much but just a bit, for example it's about 1 euro more expensive than other places I've visited on a pint night. As for the food, we had a variety of it, it was great but some plates like fir example the chicken fingers were a bit too salty. The overall experience leaves me with an urge to return and try more dishes and some more different beers. Good work...

I gave a two star rating because of the excellent atmosphere, the nice music and the waiter's good service. Other than that, it was a one star. My son and I ordered the "steak" sandwich, which was ovbviously made of the left over meat from the other steaks, and it was obvious at that. Very hard to chew, full of fat, and heavily seasoned in order to hide the above. (€14×2 wasted) My wife and my other son ordered a burger, which also was heavily seasoned, and of average quality, but not as bad as the "steak" sandwich. All in all a very bad experience, food wise. But I guess the place is good for...
